Smoking cigarettes brings many defects to human beings: a higher probability to have cancer and a weakening of the immune system, therefore allowing various kinds of virus to easily get into the human body. Also, a smoker reveals how self-centered he is because smoking does not only affect the smoker, but also his family, friends, neighbor, or someone who is passing by. A smoker needs to learn how to respect not only his neighbors, but also himself.

I have often heard about this documentary film, but this was my first time to watch it. First, I was surprised somebody would volunteer to eat McDonald's for three times a day during the whole month. It was also shocking that he actually began to have internal changes to his body within three days of only McDonald's foods. I can't wait to see what his body will look like at the end of the moneth.
