Dear all,
Find a short essay, article, or chapter on a food related topic. Analyze the text using the techniques we practiced in class. Finally, write an essay analyzing the analytical strategies the author uses to achieve his or her purpose.
The paper should be long enough to accurately explicate the argument.
What you need to do is begin looking for an interesting analytical argument. If you have trouble finding one, let me know, and I will give one to you.
