Tomorrow I want to have an open discussion (Harkness) over the topic of "Food, Nationality, and Identity". For homework tonight, spend thirty minutes thinking over the following questions:
1) What is the food of your home (country, household, etc.)? What makes it special?
2) What food defines you? Why?
Please come prepared with answers and explanations. Consider thinking through how process goals 1,5, and 6 will help you in your preparation and discussion tomorrow.
